RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS

Clients that cancel within 24hrs will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.

Clients who are a no show will be charged up to 100% of their scheduled services and all future appointments will be cancelled.  

Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will result in a $15 late fee.

Clients who are more than 20 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled and will be charged up to 100% of their scheduled services.

 

ESTABLISHMENTS

A $600 deposit is required for all Sisterlocks Establishments. This deposit goes towards your total cost of establishment.

A $300 deposit is required for all Microlocks Establishments. This deposit goes towards your total cost of establishment.

Price quote given for an Establishment is valid for 30 days. After 30 days clients will need to schedule a new consultation for updated pricing.

Price quote given for an Establishment is valid for the agreed upon booked date. If the client reschedules, they are subject to Lerato Locs Beauty current pricing structure.

 For new establishment clients, Follow-up Appointments must be scheduled within 4 weeks. Otherwise, regular retightening rates apply.

 

APPOINTMENTS

 For all services, Clients must arrive with their hair freshly washed within 48 hours. Free of any and all products. If your hair contains any products, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled services.

Washing is not included in your retightening appointment; it must be added at the time the appointment is booked. If you have starter locs, Braiding & Banding is a separate add on.

 All appointments include an (optional) wash. If you would like a wash please arrive with your hair braided & banded or add on braiding & banding for $15.

 Note: adding braiding & banding allows for the appointment to include the additional time needed to complete this service.

 

All appointments booked are for that specific client ONLY! No spouses, no significant others, no children, no siblings, no friends and no pets allowed in the salon. There is a lobby available for additional guest to wait.

 If you are sick, or feeling under the weather, please reschedule at your earliest convenience.

 

PAYMENTS

ALL Prices are FIRM!

We accept Zelle or credit card/debit payments.

Please note, Zelle is the preferred payment method and will not incur any fees.

ALL electronic payments will incur a 6% sales tax and 2.9% + .30 service fee. 

 All payments are required IN FULL prior to leaving the salon.

SCHEDULING

 Appointment time slots are available on a rolling basis every 60 days.

 Clients should keep their appointment within an 8-week window maximum. Clients will be charged $10 for each week over 8-weeks.
